At Matador Records, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition releases and digital downloads are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are well-protected to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
